Become Active Program (BAP) 

A long term holistic support program designed to combine fitness, diet and lifestyle through personal training, group exercise classes, Psychology support, Dietitian support and guidance from our on site Exercise Physiologist.  Participants will enjoy free health information sessions regularly, delivered by a team of experienced Allied Health professionals with the latest up to date evidence based practices.

B Program (Bariatric Support Group)

Overseen by B Transformed ACFED Accredited  Psychologist Katie Murrell, B Program is designed to  educate and guide clients going through the journey of bariatric surgery in safe and supportive group therapy sessions,  This life changing decision can at times be faced with challenges as the body changes and adapts to its new lifestyle. Our experienced Allied Health team at B Transformed are able to deliver education, guidance and support in a secure environment with people  who  share the same journey and our very own bariatric success stories.

Using evidence -based therapies B Transformed has a team of Australian Centre for Eating Disorder (ACFED) accredited Allied Health Professionals who are able to support and educate clients with eating disorders. Eligible clients can gain access to a medicare rebate for GROUP Psychological Therapy Sessions through their  local GP on a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP).
