Trish’s classes, geared as they are to the older woman, help accomplish this through her sessions for core strength and balance. They reduce the risk of falls and broken bones, while keeping the body limber. They are useful also in that they provide a friendly social atmosphere which we all enjoy, coupled with lots of sharing and laughter that (according the the Reader’s Digest anyway) is the best medicine for whatever ails you.
