Exercise is a powerful tool for both physical and mental health.
2. Nutrition During Menopause : Fueling Your Body Right
Hormones are shifting, and so should your nutrition. This session will build on our last nutrition talk, offering new dietary strategies to support bone health, weight management, and hormone balance. You’ll learn which nutrients are most important, how to curb cravings, and how to fuel your body for energy and vitality throughout menopause.
3. Exercise During Menopause: Strength, Mobility & Confidence
Exercise doesn’t just help you stay fit – it’s crucial for navigating menopause with strength and grace. In this talk, we’ll introduce new exercise routines and techniques focused on building muscle, improving bone density, and supporting flexibility.
